• Low to zero emissions from incineration of waste
• Central cooling and free cooling from the sea
• Photovoltaic cladding
• Sun shading to reduce heat load
• High performance building management and maintenance systems

Water efficient technology is an important factor in our plans, with customisable settings for domestic usage at the hands of our residents as well as on-site water conservation measures.
